OKGN AI is a software studio based in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. We design and build software, and we offer a free planning assistant on this site to help you shape an idea.

The planning assistant produces a plan to help you think through what to build and in what order. It is general information, not a contract, a quote, or professional advice. The plan is generated with AI and may contain mistakes or assumptions that do not fit your situation. Please review it and use your own judgment before acting on it. A plan does not create any obligation for OKGN AI to build anything, and does not guarantee a price, a timeline, or a result.

When you use the assistant, you agree not to:

• •Submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• •Share sensitive personal information about other people, or credentials and financial details.
• •Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or the systems behind it.
• •Use the service to build anything illegal or harmful.

We may limit or suspend access if the service is being misused.

The assistant relies on Anthropic, the provider of the Claude AI models, to generate responses. Your use of the assistant is also subject to Anthropic's policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and we do not control how they operate. See our Privacy Policy for how your messages are handled.

The plan the assistant generates for you is yours to use for your own purposes, including taking it to OKGN AI or to another developer. The rest of this website, including its design, text, and branding, belongs to OKGN AI and may not be copied or reused without permission.

The website and the planning assistant are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the plan will be accurate or suitable for your needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OKGN AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the planning assistant, or from any decision you make based on a plan it produces.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms as the site evolves. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
